見た目にも美しい正統派オムライス

数年前のオープンから気にはなっていたもののなかなか行けていなかったお店。
人気店のようなので少し時間をずらそうと思い、平日の14時頃に訪問しましたがそれでも席は結構埋まっていました。

ランチメニューはオムライス（ケチャップorデミグラス）とビーフシチューのみでわかりやすいですね。今回はケチャップのオムライスを注文しました。

まず運ばれてきたのがサラダとスープ。
新鮮なお野菜にキャロットラペやかぼちゃサラダが添えられていてどれも美味しかったです。あっさりめのコンソメスープは優しい味わいでほっこりしました。

そしてオムライス。
まず見た目が大変美しいです。スプーンを入れるのがちょっと勿体ないくらい笑
卵がチキンライスをしっかりと包み込んでいるのに中はとろとろ。
鶏肉や玉ねぎの食感もちょうどバランス良くとても美味しかったです。
