博多駅から徒歩圏内にある、高級感漂うジビエ&焼鳥屋さん。
店内は清潔感があって、BGMはJAZZで大人の雰囲気。
暑い夏だから、まずは生レモンサワーで喉を潤す。
つぶ貝の先付けをいただきながら、焼鳥お任せ9本とジビエはエゾ鹿をお願いする。
エゾ鹿は藁焼きで全く臭みがなく、ジビエの良いところが引き出されている。
焼鳥はセセリ、砂ずり、ボンジリから。
やや小粒でも丁寧な焼き加減で、旨味がギュッと濃縮されている。
赤霧島をロックでいただきながら、続いてささみ、振り袖、皮をいただく。
皮は甘辛いタレがマッチして美味しい。
ハツは半ナマタイプでお刺身のように柔らかく、手羽先は皮パリパリなのにジューシーな汁がジワッと流れる。
焼鳥のラストはレアな肝。
スダチがアクセントの鶏ガラスープで締めて
