焼鳥専門店 鳥いち
福岡県福岡市中央区警固(赤坂)
2017年11月OPEN。ご店主は大濠公園の「焼とり鳥次」にて修行。過去にはミシュランビブグルマンも獲得。2020年に姉妹店の「小鳥(こがらす)」を近くにOPEN。以前、東京の人気ラーメン屋「トイ・ボックス」とコラボイベントをするなど、ラーメン好きにも少し名の通ったお店。カウンター12〜14席のみのすっきりスタイリッシュな空間。

注文はお一人焼鳥七串おまかせから。七串。ささみのさび焼き、砂ずり、うずら、みさき(ぼんじり)、だんご(つくね)、ハツ、ねぎ巻き。追加四串。かしわ、レバー、さえずり、はつもと?。
だんご、つなぎ無しで捏ねた粗挽きなんこつ入りのつくね。ねぎ巻き、ねぎをむね肉で巻いたもの。
鳥刺し。表面だけ火を通したレアなムネ肉に山わさび。これは美味い。東京で大好きな焼鳥店でも、ささみ串に山わさびを乗っけてくれるのだが、とても相性よし。
白茄子。たっぷりの鰹節に鶏油をかけて旨みMAX。炭の香りも良く美味い。
以前は裏メニューだった醤油ラーメンですが、現在はメニューに記載あり。恐らく「トイボックス」の影響も受けているだろう焼鳥専門店のラーメンは魅かれましたが、お腹の具合で今回は泣く泣くパス。
