海なし県の高崎市に、驚くほど美味い刺身や魚を食べさせてくれる小料理屋がある。高崎市の飲屋街、柳川町にある『四季の御料理 むさし』である。
店主の浦部さんはかなりの魚の目利きで、刺身や魚料理を食べるなら『むさし』が一番と地元の食通達に人気が高い。
今夜は高崎の友人との忘年会で、半年ぶりに『むさし』を訪問し、冬場の旬の刺身や料理を堪能した。
