松前城のすぐ下にある旅館、そこが手がけるレストランになります。開店と同時に入店して楽しみにしていた「松前海苔だんだん」1,500円、ツレは季節限定の「まぐろといくらの特製漬丼」2,500円を注文しました。
松前特製だんだん
お重に海苔が敷き詰められています。わかめの味噌汁、自家製の醤油味の松前漬とシソ昆布、大根の梅酢漬が小鉢で用意されています。
海苔の香りがいいです。醤油がふりかけてあり、海苔とお米の旨さを引き立てています。断面を見ると下からご飯・海苔・ごはん・海苔と重ねられています。日本人なら海苔の風味を楽しめるこの料理を一度は食べてみてもいいかもしれません。
まぐろといくらの特製漬丼
ご飯の上に並べなられた漬けまぐろ、その上にはいくらとわさびです。美味しいまぐろです。
たくさん食べれる人は良いのですが、女性や少食の人が"海苔だんだん"を1人で食べるには量が多く感じて飽きがくるかもしれません。シェアする人がいるなら他のメニューと分け合いながら食べれると、最後までより美味しくいただけるかと思います。
