今夜は、なかなか伺うことのない叡山電鉄の元田中駅
京都の食べ友さんにお薦め頂いた中華屋さん
いつかはと延び延びになっていたので初めての訪問
駅から歩いて5分程度だがなかなか分かりにくい道程
お店はお世辞にも綺麗とは言い難いが味のある建物
アラカルト料理中心ですから、まずお店のメニューを確認
それから、スタッフさんにお薦め料理をヒアリング
先ずは生ビールから紹興酒に
ご主人の田中シェフは「仁修楼」の上岡シェフとは
同じホテル中華料理屋さん出身らしい
伺っていない「仁修楼」にも余計に期待感が高まってきた

特にブリ紹興酒漬けは定番ではないがチャンジング
優しい広東料理だが、逸品ごとにメリハリが効いている
四種の豆板醤の麻婆豆腐は意外に辛さはおとなしめだが
シンプルに旨い
ご主人は厨房に入りっぱなしでなかなかお話もできない
だが、帰りにちょっと立ち話、意外に話しやすいタイプ
