JR仙石線松島海岸駅より徒歩約10分の国道45号線にあるお店「うな真 石田家」。
1月下旬の宮城滞在時の夕方に利用しました。
お店に入ると私はお二階の4人掛けテーブル席へと案内されました。
先ずは「生ビール(中ジョッキ)」(660円)片手に卓上のメニューを拝見。
この日は
「生がき」(時価/400円)
「ホヤ刺し」(時価/600円)
「なまこ酢」(時価/850円)
を注文しました。
おぉっと!生牡蠣がデカい!ちょっと驚きの大きさです (゜o゜) ワオッ
早速一口でペロッと。ウホホーーーッ!プリプリして美味しいです (>_<) ウマッ!
こりゃー日本酒熱燗だね!って事で
「四季の松島本醸造(お銚子 熱燗)」(550円)
を2本つけて貰いました。
「ホヤ刺し」も「なまこ酢」も全然臭みがなく逆にクセがほとんどないので
物足りなさを感じるくらいクセのない美味しさ。日本酒にもバッチリ合いました (^^)/
生ガキ、ホヤ刺し、なまこ酢どれも美味しく大当たりでした!
日本酒もグイグイ進んで2本とも空いたところでこの日はお勘定しました。
