長崎市内の夕食は、大学病院前駅の近くの『鮨・割烹さくらい』さんです。
相当前に予約をお願いしたのですが快く引き受けてくれました!
カウンターに座って、まずはビールで乾杯!
付き出しは、穴子の肝煮。
いい肴になりますよ!
最初に、、ご主人から『さし盛り』を先に出しますねーと、
なんかどんどん出てきますよー。
ヒラメ、ヒラス、マグロ赤身、鯨、マゴチ、イカ、タコ、これもどうぞと、しめ鯖まで出てきました!
さすが長崎、新鮮でコリコリ、、
自家製のカラスミのサービス、ありがたく頂戴しました!
続いては隣の方が頼まれていた『甘鯛の唐揚げ』
店主さんに、煮物でいいものないですかと伺うと『金目鯛の煮付』どうですか、、じゃあ、それと。
どちらもめちゃくちゃ美味しい!
〆として『特上にぎり』を2人前
内容は、ヒラマサ(ヒラス)から始まり、ヤリイカ、マグロのトロ、北寄貝とアワビ、長崎のムラサキウニ
ここで、店主さん、ムラサキウニのサービス!ありがとうございます。
続いて、玉、鉄火巻、煮穴子(タレ)と塩もどうぞとまたまた穴子をサービス!
店主さんのお客さんをもてなそうとするお気持ちには頭が下がりますよ!
ほんと美味しくて、なかなかリーズナブル、、そら流行るわけですよね、、( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
