仕事の用事で初天王寺に行くことがわかっていたので、SNSで今話題のこちらのお寿司屋さんを予約しました。2か月前からの予約です。19:30〜予約でしたが店内満席!予約していてよかった。
カウンターで大将が目の前でお寿司や料理をするところを見ることができる一番いい席に座ることができました。
予約していたのは11000円のコース。
早速ビールを注文してお料理が出てくるのを待ちます。
☆11,000円のコース
■胡麻豆腐
とうもろこしの胡麻豆腐です。フルーツの桃が添えられています。さらにその上に紫蘇の花ちりばめられており華やかな雰囲気です。紫蘇の香りもよい。
■お造り
小あじを酢づげにしてから磯辺巻きになっていて、大葉とネギ、がりで美しく仕上げられています。
三重県真ハタ 煮切り醤油とすだちがふられています。
気仙沼のカツオ皮面を炙ってから 酒盗の餡がかかっています。
■酢の物
京都閒人の絹もずく/青森の岩もずく
食感の違いを楽しむもずく。お酢がおいしいのでさらにもずくがおいしく感じました。
・握り
赤酢ベースのしゃりは温度も抜群でめちゃくちゃ美味しく感じました。

ほうじ茶アイスと無花果のワイン煮
全てのお寿司に工夫された味がついていて美味しくいただけました。これだけ手が混んでいて11000円とは驚きを隠しきれません。店内もジャズが流れていてお洒落な雰囲気です。客層もやや若め(病院があるので先生達かもしれませんね)でした。
お店のコースは6600、8800、11000円がありますが、6600円のコース?のお客さんは少し追加されていたので断然11000円のコースをお薦めします。
【予約について】今は10月の予約枠を解放しているとのことですが(食べログでのネット予約は非対応)インスタグラム( @sushi_atsuya )から予約できるとのことです。カウンターの隣の席で食べていた男性が次の予約をその場で取っていましたが10月末でも19時台は満席の様でした。
すごい人気ですね。
私も次行く時は2か月前から予約して万全の体制で伺いたいと思います。
