2014年11月オープン。
静岡市葵区栄町にあります。
静岡駅から北東へ徒歩5分強くらいなのも
ありがたい立地ですね◎
隣にコインパーキングもあります。
モダンで落ち着いている佇まい。
カウンター7席のみです。
ご主人やスタッフさん方みな親しみやすい方で
自然と肩の力が抜けていきました♫
お任せワンコース(¥19,800)のみ。
すでにビールでいい感じに準備運動を
してきましたので、最初から日本酒を
料理を合わせて出していただきました。
▫️枝豆豆腐 どうまん蟹
▫️鮑と新銀杏の飯蒸し
▫️炭の香りを移した焼津のアカムツ
葱と茗荷のオイルと梅肉、花穂紫蘇
モロヘイヤおひたし
▫️ヒゲダラ大葉巻のおかき揚げ
自家製醤油麹にて
▫️手火山という手法で調理した鰹節出汁の
活〆カマスと1年熟成のじゃがいも饅頭
▫️アオリイカ、ハタのお造り
▫️炒りたての胡麻でつくる
イチジクとシャインマスカットの白和え
▫️活〆白甘鯛 松笠仕立て焼
白甘鯛アラでとったお出汁のソースで
▫️南瓜と茄子の冷たい炊き合わせ
▫️低温の油で蒸した金目鯛
金目鯛の出汁と甘めタレの煮付風
藤枝の玉取茸と
▫️ご飯
①煮えばな、漬物、なめこの味噌汁
②削りたて鰹節と藤枝卵のかけご飯
③太刀魚と玉蜀黍、万願寺とうがらしの丼
▫️天城軍鶏と酢橘の冷たいラーメン
トマトとカイワレ、ABE'sさんの麺にて
▫️きなこわらび餅
目の前で料理になっていく魚たちの
艶々ぴかぴかなのに感嘆がもれる…♡
ヒゲダラのおかきあげは断面綺麗すぎて
見た目練り物かと空目するくらい。
ふわっふわな鱈で感動しました(°Д°)
目の前で胡麻を炒るところから始める
香りの白和えは無花果とシャインマスカット。
その後にいただいた白甘鯛の松笠仕立てと
低温の油にくぐらせた金目鯛は…。
舌触りから甘みから、別物で
ほんっっっとうに美味しかった(;;)!!
〆もにえばなから3杯、
ラストは冷やしラーメン\(^^)/
麺はABE’sさんのスープを邪魔しない旨い麺で
ラーメン好きとしてもキュンポイントです♡
テンション上がって飲んだなぁ…。
静岡の日本酒縛りだったのですが
どれも飲みやすく料理にぴったり。
特に金目鯛煮付風と杉錦熱燗は最高でした!
また絶対行きたい〜!
現在、グループ1人しか予約権がないので
