とってもグルメな先輩が私の送別会として、このお店に連れてってくれました。
場所は虎の門駅から5分くらいの立地。
過去の思い出話に花が咲き、料理一つ一つを覚えてないのですが、一つ一つ丁寧な仕上がりで、どれもとっても美味です。
・海老の飯蒸し
└餅米を、蒸した料理でお米の食感もしっかり
あり、海老や汁のバランスもとても良いですー!
・鱧の梅肉
└季節ですねー!鱧は温かめですー!
・お椀(蛤ともずくとお魚)
└上品なお味です。もずくのシャキシャキと蛤の芳
醇さと淡白な魚とのバランスは最良ですー!
・ナスの田楽
└この味噌が濃厚すぎで美味でしたー。皮まで食べ
れるそうで丸々っと頂きました。
・お刺身(ウニ、牡蠣、タイ、他)
└牡蠣はポーション小さめ。どれも美味しいです。
・鮎(焼きと天ぷら)
└焼きと天ぷらでお出し頂きます。琵琶湖で獲れた
ものだそうです。肝がまたいいですねー!
・松坂牛の餡掛け
└これが絶品。餡掛けのとろっと感、最高です!
味付けも濃すぎず、薄すぎずで絶妙ですー!
・新生姜とアサリの炊き込みご飯
└土鍋でお作り頂きます。お米の炊き加減、少しご
飯が固めで上質感あり。残ったご飯はおにぎりに
してくださいます。
余ったご飯は帰りの手土産にお結びにしてお渡し
くださいました!
・赤味噌汁

店名の由来をお聞きしたところ、ご主人が師匠のお店の屋号を引き継いで5年前に独立されたそうです。
このお店、先輩との思い出のお店になること間違い無いですー!
ランチもされているようで今度伺いますー!
