And it has not disappointed with three first-half goals as Napoli took the lead through Leo Ostigard before Vinicius Jr equalised.

But there were fireworks to come as Real Madrid took the lead through Bellingham - and it was an absolute cracker.

Picking up the ball from the midfielder third, the 20-year-old burst towards goal with brilliant speed and strength.

As he made his way into the box, the England international put the ball through Ostigard's legs before tucking it past Alex Meret.

It has already sparked a massive reaction on social media, with one saying: "This guy is untouchable, Best player in the world currently."

Another wrote: "This is a Puskas worthy goal I'm not joking."

And a third said: "Jude Bellingham is rocking in goals everywhere for Real Madrid."

Bellingham has made an extraordinary start to life in Madrid after making a move from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

It is his eighth goal in nine games in all competitions for Los Blancos while he has also registered three assists.

Bellingham is also the third player to score in both of his first two Real Madrid Champions League appearances, after Christian Karembeu and Cristiano Ronaldo.

By starting on Tuesday night, he also has broken Trent Alexander-Arnold's record for the most Champions League starts by an English player aged 21 or under - his 23rd.

And he has now scored a total of eight goals in the competition, including his spell at Dortmund, the most for a midfielder aged 21 or under.
