Not So Versatile Graveyard

This deck functions just fine without the super pricey stuff. Remove the Gemstone Caverns, both Mox's, and get rid of the Ancient Tomb and Urborg . Just be sure to have 4 Dark Rit and 4 Lotus Petal and it still runs just fine with all basic Swamp's. No Thoughtseize? Run Duress or Gitaxin Probe. Spot removal if you prefer that. The creatures can also be tailored to your liking. This is just what I came up with. The more tutors the better, at least 4. Even if its Diabolic or what have you. Maybe run a Rune-Scarred Demon to help your next drop. Quick Avacyn with a Damnation or just Jin-Gitaxias on his own will usually get an angry scoop out of your opponent. Until they sideboard anyways..... Ideal first hand--Swamp, Dark Rit, Entomb, Exhume.....(no life lost)

It's a nice middle of the road between Mausoleum Secrets and Rune-Scarred Demon. There's probably some silly reanimation loops (Victimize, Eternal Witness?)you could use this for, which might make it play way better than it looks. The fact that it searches for it's own combo pieces might prove problematic in practice, but probably no more than Prime Speaker Vannifar does.
"And/or" is redundant, if it says "or" it can already find all the cards that are "and".

Garth, where are the bodies, Garth?

Turn 4 was my first spell Reclamation Sage, "call me Rec" for Jesse's Eidolon of Rhetoric... I wanted my opponents to flood the board for my Phyrexian Rebirth. The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride had already hit me for 7. Turn 5, Mirari's Wake. Turn 6, Phyrexian Rebirth took out 4 of my opponents' creatures plus Rec Sage. I had floated enough for Garth One-Eye as well. Turn 7 my excitement for a giant Villainous Wealth was entirely dampened by Ethersworn Canonist. I cast Hydra Broodmaster with six mana available from lands plus a possible Black Lotus for 9, so I could monstrify for four 4/4s. I realized in this turn cycle, though... I should have just Disenchanted the Ethersworn Canonist. I ended up using Garth to cast his Disenchant, which worked out fine. Turn 8, I untapped, cast Black Lotus into Villainous Wealth for x=10, targeting Seth (The Gitrog, Ravenous Ride). It was the right choice. Among 8 total nonlands, I hit a Rune-Scarred Demon, which fetched the Palinchron. I used my remaining 5 mana from Orzhov Basilica and City of Brass to Time Warp. Turn 8, again, I generated infinite mana with the Palinchron and Mirari's Wake, so, creating a million hydras of enormous size. Garth One-Eye cast Regrowth on the Time Warp, allowing me to kill my opponents on my next extra turn

Blaine's house
Tivit won, tried to win with Time Sieve but Thrashing Brontodon on board disenchanted it, thanks Varis, Silverymoon Ranger. Still, Tivit kept pounding, connecting for his Council's Dilemma trigger, and the deck overcame Kurtis's Terastodon triple Stone Rain. Illusion of Choice allowed my Plea for Power to be an extra turn spell. Inspiring Statuary with 13 Clue tokens enabled so much! Rune-Scarred Demon found Final Parting for Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward combo--I had the Animate Dead in my hand--Nevermaking Nevermaker all opponents' nonland permanents to the top of their libraries with infinite Tyvit triggers. Record goes to 25-27-1 for a .481 win percentage.

Hey welcome to TappedOut :) Nice budget Golgari brew you have here.
Sol Ring is a staple card for ramp in Commander. You might not be playing it because your playgroup has banned it? If that's not the case, consider adding it? You're trying to play Stickfingers like Meren when they're very different Commanders. Consider a different approach with Stickfingers?
Meren can reanimate, but only after you get some or many experience counters by sacing your own creatures thus you want to play a lot of creatures with Meren. Meren is a lot of setup though for reanimation and you want to play little creatures who can sac themselves such as Sakura-Tribe Elder and Viscera Seer. What Meren lacks is getting creatures into your graveyard to reanimate, that's usually what makes Meren slow.
Stickfingers is different, it's the enabler to get creatures you want to reanimate into your graveyard right away. All you need with Stickfingers to reanimate is to trigger him, reveal a big creature and have a reanimation spell in your hand. Playing less creatures with Stickfingers there's much less setup for reanimation.
Playing less creatures with Stickfingers gives you more chances to reveal your big creatures who you want to reanimate without needing a ton of mana to cast Stickfingers. If you reduce your creature count down to the best creatures you want to reanimate and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard then you have a much better chance of reanimating a big creature as well as recasting reanimation spells.
Less creatures does conflict with how big Stickfingers is, but if you're playing for reanimation that shouldn't matter and Stickfingers would be better as a sac fodder for value reanimation or draw. Consider reducing the creature count to your best big creatures and creatures who can recur any card from your graveyard? All other spells in your deck could then be noncreature ramp, other reanimation and removal.
Here's an example of a reduced creature base using the best creatures you already have and some others after within your budget to consider adding:
- Valgavoth, Terror Eater
- Phyrexian Obliterator
- Hornet Queen
- Noxious Gearhulk
- Young Necromancer
- Eternal Witness
- Greenwarden of Murasa
- Archon of Cruelty
- Rune-Scarred Demon
- Massacre Wurm
- Sepulchral Primordial
- Timeless Witness
If you like these ideas and choose to go this direction than I offer more advice.

Kaervek the Merciless, Vampires & Doomsday Demons

Kaervek the Merciless, Vampires & Doomsday Demons loss 8-8 I went for it but vs two blue decks with open mana and I paid the ultimate price. Had Bloodletter of Aclazotz out, cast Rune-Scarred Demon and got Demonic Consultation since I had Mirror of Fate in hand. Consulted for Fraying Omnipotence but that exiled all but three cards of my deck. Cast a five drop demon but the Fraying Omnipotence ate a counter. Blaine's Blue Sun's Zenith finished me off.
Before I had started this play through of my decks, I had gotten a turn 4 win with Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Fraying Omnipotence against these very same opponents in a game last year, tied for fastest victory of any of my decks. Turn one Sol Ring, turn 2 Demonic Tutor, turn 3 played the tutor target, Bloodletter of Aclazotz and turn 4 Fraying Omnipotence ended the game. Kind of. The table just kept playing out the game so Kurtis could show off Ovika, Enigma Goliath's crazy tricks.

My Vampire Deck

Just at a glance, if I was you I'd probably hack out Bloodthirsty Aerialist, this is too small of a payoff in a Commander game IMHO, Defiant Bloodlord is a literal mountain of Mana (unless you've got a doubler out it's hard to cast a 7 drop), he's also redundant with your Commander to an extent. I'm guessing it's a pet card but I don't like Eternal Thirst. The various and sundry Murder effects (3 mana to kill 1 creature) are pretty awful in my experience, but mono-Black makes it a bit harder to eschew cards like this. I've mentioned a few removal options below for you to consider, hopefully something will fit in!
I feel like I should mention Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, it's $$$ but it's a pretty good card in a Black deck that wants to use some utility lands. Maybe Expedition Map, finding a land for 3 mana is really good if you've got Urborg or Coffers out, being able to get the other one can be helpful. With your Discard payoffs I think you could justify a Geier Reach Sanitarium, the dig can be nice if you've drawn an otherwise 'meh' hand but have enough mana to want to keep it. I feel like I'd switch out Wedding Invitation for Tome of Legends, you certainly want to cast your Commander and he can give EVERYONE Lifelink. I feel like if you've got this many 'big mana' sources in here you could switch out Diabolic Tutor for the much, much flashier Diabolic Revelation, I love it in a weird Rakdos list that often ends up with too much mana, if you can cast it for 9 or more you're just getting a bespoke hand! The other option I'd consider switching out Diabolic Tutor for is Rune-Scarred Demon, mostly because it gives you a fairly big blocker to help you survive when you find your win con, but IMHO Revelation is way more fun (it's also a gorgeous foil). You might try out Decree of Pain over In Garruk's Wake, the card draw is usually VERY good, and sometimes you actually need an instant speed -2/-2 effect to kill a token army before the opponent can resolve their Craterhoof. I'm lowkey shocked to see you're not running a War Room in here, I think it's certainly worth a look. If you're fine with combos and already have Bolas' Citadel in here, maybe Sensei's Divining Top
and Aetherflux Reservoir as a back up combo? Top and Citadel are amazing, as is Reservoir with Citadel, but all 3 should win on the spot. Now that I think about it you could probably benefit from Reservoir even without the other two, if your deck is working correctly you're probably at a solid life total and can threaten to 1-shot someone with the Reservoir.
As for removal, they cost a bit of life, but you can easily afford it so maybe Ashes to Ashes and Reckless Spite? I've always liked Cannibalize, it's exile on top of everything, including being a potential buff if you need 2 more damage from a swing. I've heard only good things about Curtains' Call, it's busted in a 4 player game. Do or Die and Make an Example are both impressive cards, even if they are Sorceries they can cripple an opponent, though Make an Example is IMHO the Gold Standard of sorcery speed removal for creatures, it gets around almost any protection and always removes at worst the creature you most want gone from EACH opponent, that's insane value for only 4 mana. There is also Wicked Pact *list*, it's not a 'great' card but the art is cool on some versions, and it's still a 2 for 1. TBH I don't think I'd run more than 2 removal spells that only hit non-Black creatures, but one or two is rarely a problem in my experience. Feed the Swarm is a pretty wild colour break, this lets you blow up an Enchantment, something Black normally can't do, this can save your bacon sometimes. It's a bit of a weird card, but Transmogrifying Wand is a criminally underplayed card, removing 1 creature isn't great value, but the 2nd and 3rd creature feels pretty amazing. Just thought of one of my old favourites for any big mana deck with Black in it, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is removal on a flying stick that is incredibly powerful late game.
