I would cut Font of Mythos, Howling Mine, Master of the Feast and Temple Bell - not one of those cards does enough to win you the game. Forced Fruition is a trap also - it usually reads "let them combo off by giving them every card they need to win on a single turn, without being able to do enough damage to stop them."

Nekusar works best when he is hyper explosive, tossing mass damage on the field through wheels. Instead of wasting your time with these small, incremental damage, you really should be looking to add Dark Deal, Windfall, Winds of Change. Whispering Madness, etc. Teferi's Puzzle Box is another high impact card that should be a must-include. Phyresis, Glistening Oil, and other ways to confer Infect will drastically will increase your odds of winning. Cards like Curiosity add huge card advantage. And auras like Helm of the Ghastlord and Sigil of Sleep can use Nekusar to help lock out opponents.

Cut the lifegain cards like Ivory Tower and Elixir of Immortality, as well as combat-focused cards like Akroma's Memorial. None of those do anything for your actual gameplan.

You also could stand to get your average mana cost down. Seizan, Perverter of Truth, for example, is synergistic, but five mana is steep and the card slot would be better off as a wheel.

This looks like a really cool discard deck! I am curious what your win condition is? It seems like you can pump your commander up pretty quickly so maybe commander damage for the win? I might consider adding a few more land and/or a couple pieces of ramp so you can keep the pressure up and not worry about missing your land drops. If your goal is to win with commander damage Fake Your Own Death and Undying Malice are some cheap cards for keeping him on the battlefield. I would also look at Victimize for some reanimation and Dash Hopes for a last ditch counter attempt. Some cards I think will help you dig into your deck and capitalize off opponent discards are Waste Not and Liliana's Spoils. I might also look at some cards like Invoke Despair, Indulgent Tormentor, and Seizan, Perverter of Truth to keep the pressure on your opponents and add to the ping effect. Lastly I would recommend Crypt Incursion for some massive life gain and as a piece of graveyard hate. All of these cards should be in that <$2 category. Happy building and playing!

Seizan, Perverter of Truth and Powerstone Minefield have never been reprinted, so I would like to see them, in this set.

The utility lands from Innistrad, especially Alchemist's Refuge, should all be reprinted, as should be the ten utility lands from the original Ravnica block, such as Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion or Orzhova, the Church of Deals.

Urborg Repossession isn't legal for your deck since the kicker cost includes a green mana. It's outside of the color identity.

You may also want to look at Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Font of Mythos, Rankle, Master of Pranks, Seizan, Perverter of Truth, and Temple Bell.

What a great approach to slug! It's always great to see the return of mana burn haha.
If you're feeling like adding a real sucker punch, Spreading Plague + Darkest Hour could be fun, especially with elephant grass already in your mainboard. Shiny Impetus might also be worthwhile, depending on the group. Even more defense-focused could be Chaosphere. Decimate is decent spot removal. Defense of the Heart has never done me wrong, and can be helpful getting some creature-based ramp or card draw out. I could also see a place for Seizan, Perverter of Truth and Mirage Mirror, but maybe not more than what you already have in. And one final suggestion - Mirri's Guile is always nice
