- 14 oz black tea (200 mL)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- cinnamon, for sprinkling

Preparation
- Brew your Black Tea, then add plenty of ice to make it cold (or don’t add ice to keep it a hot tea).
- Add the brown sugar, blend the milk and heavy cream with a little bit of froth to put on top, pour into a glass of your choice, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
