Wer nur am Terminal 5 umsteigen muss und genügend Zeit hat, braucht sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Aber wenn man zu Terminal 3 muss, dann wird es zur ziemlichen Strapaze.- A fair size duty free. Good shopping but can be expensive..

My favourite major airport in the world. It's super accessible, incredibly clean and beautifully architected. Though for most flights there's often huge amounts of walking involved.
Give enough time to make it to your gate... grab a meal at Wagamama (or anywhere else) before your flight if you can... BA is serving less food these days

Love this airport! On time flights and friendly staff. Tons of shops and restaurants. If you have a long layover it won't be a problem for you. Enjoy it!

Well. It's an airport. I'm at terminal 3 but have used others too. With all the waiting time these days because of security you couldn't really ask for a better airport in terms of having things to do
