Wolf Tooth UDH

Wolf Tooth just announced a Universal Derailleur Hanger today (UDH). Like other made-in-house items from Wolf Tooth, it is fully CNC-machined from aluminum. The Wolf Tooth UDH is compatible with all bikes that are designed for the SRAM UDH, as well as all drivetrains that use a derailleur hanger. The main point that will excite customers is the color options. The bolt and washer on our new UDH match the nine-core Wolf Tooth anodized color choices: raw silver, red, gold, orange, black, olive, blue, ultraviolet purple, and espresso.

Wolf Tooth Components Now Come in Ultraviolet Purple

Wolf Tooth Components first introduced Ultraviolet Purple alongside the Waveform Aluminum Pedal launch in 2022, and it’s also been available exclusively on the Ripsaw Aluminum Pedal since last spring. This Ultraviolet Purple is a deep, vibrant purple with tones of ruby and amethyst as the light hits it. As announced this morning, the remainder of Wolf Tooth’s frame components will come in Ultraviolet Purple as a permanent color option.

The parts included in this Ultraviolet catalog drop includes: all headsets, grip collars, seatpost clamps, centerlock rotor lockrings, headset spacers, alloy bar end plugs, ReMote levers, and anything else in the Wolf Tooth Color Shop. It’s a color that can’t help but grab attention on a bike, playing equally well with bright gravel sleds, vintage resto-mods, modern MTBs, and even aero road bikes.

Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump Gets Smaller 30cc Option

Wolf Tooth‘s award-winning EnCase pump line just got a smaller sibling. The Minneapolis-based manufacturer announced the EnCase 30cc pump today ($64.99) for those riders looking for an even smaller pump – compared to the 85cc or 40cc options introduced last year – in their riding kit or bag. This new little EnCase 30cc pump can fit the EnCase Tubeless Tire Plug Tool inside the end opposite of the pump head. Included with the multi-tools is a storage sleeve made of a durable rubber that prevents rattling while making a snug, secure fit in the end of the pump handle.

Retail pricing for the EnCase 30cc and 40cc pump sizes start at $64.95 USD, while pricing for the 85cc pump starts at $69.95. Prices increase as multi-tools for internal storage are added. The new Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump is available now on WolfToothComponents.com and with any dealer and distributor that stocks Wolf Tooth.

Wolf Tooth’s New Bike Tire Pressure Calculator

“What pressure are you running?” might be one of the most common questions in cycling. Road, gravel, mountain. It doesn’t matter. People want to know the answer to this query.

The Bike Tire Pressure Calculator app powered by Wolf Tooth allows you to find your ideal tire pressure based on terrain and riding conditions for the route ahead. Share details for wheel size, tire width, rider weight, riding temperature, and more to receive a specific recommendation for tire inflation pressure for road, gravel, mountain, and fat bikes.

Announced today, the updated app now includes calculations for road tires, increase widths for mountain, gravel, and fat tires; 26” gravel wheel diameter; 29” x 3” as an option for fat bike tires; increased rider weight; and general bug fixes.

The Bike Tire Pressure Calculator has two modes for finding your perfect tire pressure. The basic mode accounts for abbreviated factors to quickly determine the best tire pressure, while the advanced mode considers several factors to identify the ideal tire pressure for the ride ahead.

Wolf Tooth Adds Orange and Espresso Anodizing to Ripsaw Pedals

Wolf Tooth’s new pedals, the Ripsaw ($199.95), got two new hues this morning: orange and espresso. These made in the USA pedals feature a slim, lightweight design with a slight convex profile. The large, asymmetric machined aluminum platform provides strong foot support for all-mountain riding, while the thin convex profile is just 7mm thick at the leading edge. Inside the pedal are three fully sealed cartridge bearings, a stainless steel axle, an igus bushing, and a custom radial seal to protect internal components against trail debris.
