great way to experience the highlights of Rome and learn a lot in a short time. Monica was a wonderful guide and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It felt a little rushed at times but again you’re trying to do it all in a day so it’s inevitable. I really hope we can return when the fountains aren’t being cleaned, there was so much we couldn’t see. .

Despite our difficulty in getting there all went well once we found the correct guide. Maria was excellent and we felt we saw a great deal in the time we had.
So different to when I first visited Rome in 1990. So much more crowded. More restrictions and limitations such as being herded through the Sistine chapel in a limited time.
No water in the Trevi fountain but at least we could see it. Access to Colloseum, the Forum and Pantheon all good.

Our guide was great! She was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The sights were amazing and definitely recommend the all day tour to really get to know the city's history. Put on some good walking shoes and get ready to see it all!

This tour was incredibly fun and had a packed agenda from the moment it started. I don´t think it´s possible to see the most significant parts of Rome in less than time with a (very knowledgable and interesting) guide. At times it was a bit hard to keep up with the group as my mom wasn´t able to walk very fast but the tour guide, Maria, always waited for her :)

Paola Pagano, made our trip truly memorable. From the moment the tour began it was evident that she was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about the history and culture of Rome. Paola shared fascinating facts, weaving in engaging stories that brought each site to life. She transformed what could have been a standard run of the mill tour into an unforgettable insightful journey. I only wish we would have had a bit of time to shop at the Vatican area.
Amazing!

We had a great time with our guide, Luigi. He was very passionate about his history and loved to show you things along the way. This tour does a lot of walking, climbing stairs, and standing. There were a couple people in our group that had problems. Not to scare anyone just something to keep in mind.

Having only a day in Rome this tour offered a lot of Rome to see in a short amount of time. Bring a water bottle and comfortable shoes, we did 14,000 steps, but worth it to see so much of Rome on the day we had to do it in. Carolina was a fantastic and attentive guide. Great attitude and personality!

In reality, it's impossible to do justice to Rome in a Day. The guide was very knowledgeable, but I felt like we were running through the city. For instance, we went through the Vatican museum without ever stopping to see any of the exhibits.
And one complaint I have is that I was not allowed into either the Forum or Coliseum because I didn't have a picture ID. It should have been clearly and prominently stated in the description of the tour, but was only mentioned in fine print at the bottom. This was an important part of the tour which I was forced to miss.

We had an exceptional day of touring with Elizabeth. She was very animated, energetic, and clearly passionate about sharing her knowledge about the history of all the sites we visited. One thing that we felt was a bit misleading was the van ride from the Vatican to the 2nd half of the day. It was only a short ten-minute ride connecting us from point A to point B. The rest of the day was all on foot. We walked a total of ten miles. The Rome in a Day tour might not be the best option for those with mobility issues and/or not able to walk for long periods of time. Also can be challenging for those traveling with young children with strollers.

We had the best tour, even in the rain, with our tour guide, Paola. Her background as an archaeologist really helped provide some interesting details about everything we saw. We highly recommend this tour!
