General Information
- We recommend you allow no less than 1.5 hours for your visit
- Food cannot be consumed in any of the gallery spaces.
- You are encouraged to leave pushchairs folded up at the cloakroom or parked outside of the galleries. During busy times you may not be permitted to take them into the galleries.
- You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Please refrain from using your flash. Selfie sticks are not permitted.
- There is a cloakroom where you can leave small bags at a charge of £1 per item.
- Frameless is a no-smoking venue, this includes e-cigarettes and vapes.
- Dogs and pets are not permitted in the venue. Assistance dogs are allowed.
- Frameless is a fully accessible attraction.
- There is a cafe bar for light bites, cold and hot drinks
Booking and Ticket Information
- When you buy online you will receive an email containing your ticket. Please present on your smart phone on arrival on the day of your visit.
- Children under 3 visit free but do require a ticket.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Saving based off walk up rate.
- Picniq accept all debit cards, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard as methods of payment. There is no credit card charge or booking fee.
- Online bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 visitors.
