Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, starring Tom Cruise, keeps up its strong performance into the second day at the Indian Box Office, however there has been a little decline in the numbers. The exhilarating action film reportedly earned an astounding Rs 12.3–12.5 crore on its first day. Mission Impossible 7 brought around $19.3 million globally. In the US, domestic collections make up 80% of that portion, with 20% coming from foreign markets.

The Tom Cruise starrer Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One continues its good form into the second day at the Indian Box Office, however there has been a slight dip in the figures. On day one, it was estimated that the thrilling actioner did business of a staggering Rs 12.3-12.5 crore in revenue, however on day two it has garnered a lesser revenue of approximately 9.2-9.5 crore, according to industry tracker, Sacnilk.
This makes the Tom Cruise starrer’s nett total in India just cross the Rs 21 crore mark in two days, approaching Rs 22 crore which is more than many Bollywood films have been able to do this year, except for films like Pathaan, Adipurush, Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.

According to the industry tracker, MI 7’s five-day opening weekend collections in India might surpass the Rs 60 crore mark.
According to Box Office Mojo, Mission Impossible 7 had a $19.3 million opening day worldwide. In the US, domestic collections account for 80% of that share, with overseas markets contributing 20%. Variety has predicted that the film is likely to cross the $250 million dollar figure in the worldwide extended opening weekend. Paramount Pictures as well as Tom Cruise have been heavily promoting the film on their social media handles for more than a year. The actioner has already surpassed Fast X in terms of opening day figures.
Directed by Christopher McQuarrie and featuring a star cast of Tom Cruise, Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson amongst others and with music by Lorne Balfe, the film is slated to break even soon and eventually surpass its $290 million dollar budget. Reportedly, the budget was pushed up drastically because of the pandemic, though the producers including Christopher McQuarrie, Tom Cruise and David Ellison have cut corners on the second Dead Reckoning instalment by shooting most of it simultaneously with the first.
