Malayalam TV celebs share their excitement about resumption of shootings; say, 'We are back'

After a break of 2 months, the Malayalam TV industry is back to work as the government has given a green signal recently. Shoots of popular shows like 'Pookkalam Varavayi', 'Neeyum Njanum' and 'Koodevide' have resumed in Trivandrum today (June 24).
Sharing a selfie of him in the attire of Abhimanyu, Pookkalam Varavayi actor Arun Raghav has announced that the shoots have been officially started.
"Back as Abhimanyu," he wrote.

Actress Mridhula Vijai has also shared a picture with #backtowork hashtag.
Sharing his excitement about getting back to work, Neeyum Njanum actor Shiju AR has also shared a photo from the shooting location.

Koodevide actress Anshitha has shared a BTS video from the shooting set.
On the other hand, Team Santhwanam has announced that they will be back to screens soon. Actors Chippy and Achu have shared videos on their social media accounts announcing the same. However, the shoot schedule of 'Santhwanam' remain unclear.

Earlier, in the light of the widespread COVID-19 cases in the state, the government had issued a guideline to stop TV serial shoots. Recently, in the press meet, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has announced that TV shootings can be resumed but with strict restrictions.
