Ikorodu is a town located in the north-east of Lagos State, Nigeria. It is located along the Lagos Lagoon and shares a common boundary with Ogun State. At the 2006 census, the population was 535,000. Ikorodu has its ever-increasing rate on Estate Development. Over the years, inhabitants in ikorodu have risen drastically and have gone beyond what was obtainable. Real Estate dealers have risen up their trade-in Ikorodu and also Ibeju lekki. It is more like an investment ground in Lagos in the early 20s and is fast rising.
