Prior to joining Design Services, Ana worked within the architectural design teams for multiple high-end hospitality projects in Los Cabos, her hometown. She is also a multidisciplinary artist and designer, having completed several painting collections for homes throughout the Baja, and has her own jewelry line. With her colorful, organic style, she assists the team’s project designers through coordinating design and architectural details while offering a fresh and modern perspective to their projects.

As a Design Manager for the Development team, Anna supports design & build efforts on projects in both the US and Mexico. With a focus on the establishment and expansion of Ohana’s US-based interior design business, Anna blends her creative and business backgrounds to manage and execute strategic design projects across the company’s portfolio. Prior to joining Ohana, Anna held roles in both residential interior design and hospitality development in the Park City, Utah area. She graduated from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Her innate understanding of aesthetic design, in-depth knowledge of local and international business trends, breadth of product sourcing capabilities, and strategic designer collaborations uniquely position her to provide a wealth of knowledge and curated expertise to the homeowners of the Twin Dolphin community.

Prior to joining the Design Services team, Anna resided in Hilton Head Island, SC, where she served as Vice President – Creative for a full-service interior design firm specializing in international luxury residential design.

Prior to joining Design Services, Carla worked in both construction and architecture studios, where she worked on high-end residential projects and buildings from the first stage of construction to the last. As a result, she developed a precise eye for detail and quality finishes. She discovered her passion for interior design and décor while completing an interior design specialty year abroad in Barcelona ETSAV Politécnica de Cataluña. Carla’s vision is to create luxurious spaces that are both refreshing and beautiful.

Originally from Belize, “Kotch” moved to Mexico 10 years ago to study architecture. Kotch previously owned his own architecture firm and has centered his career on architectural design and construction, having completed projects in both Mexico and Belize. At Design Services, Kotch serves as a bridge between design and construction, and his skills in architectural technology and project management result in the coordination and management of drawings, renderings, finish schedules and architectural details to ensure project design intent becomes a reality.

Since moving to Cabo in 2019, Caro has grown in tandem with the team by applying an individualized project management approach to each of her custom projects. Her bachelor’s degree in Architecture brings an innate understanding of the developer product and construction process, which allows her to shift between design and drafting effortlessly. Her focus on sustainable design led her to become a LEED Green Associate, which provides opportunities for design solutions with minimal environmental impact. Caro’s attention to detail and collaborative philosophy ensure that project execution and FFE installations are seamless for our homeowners.

Originally from Mexico City, Fernanda graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture and has been working in design for a decade. Before joining the Design Services team, she worked in residential and hospitality interior design. With her extensive experience in materials and manufacturing processes, she assists the team by bringing a balance of functionality and aesthetics to their projects, while never losing sight of the concept and value each client seeks in their project.

Prior to joining Design Services, Mariana worked on high-end residential and hospitality projects and specialized in interior design and lighting design in Mexico City. In Design Services, Mariana oversees projects from ideation to completion by managing client, vendor and internal team communication, FFE shop drawings and production follow up, installation coordination and design selections when needed. It is Mariana’s goal to always create positive experiences for clients.

Originally from Mexico City, Mónica has over six years of experience working in high-end residential projects, where she focused on both the architectural and interior design details of projects. In Design Services, Mónica assists the team with installations and helps ensure the final details are executed. Her passion is to see projects come to life and helping to create spaces that our clients fall in love with.

As an architect with more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Napoleón’s expertise lies within the strategical planning and technical aspects of the design process, such as quality control, project scheduling, resources management, construction documentation and team coordination. Originally from Colima, Mexico, the past 9 years living in Los Cabos have given him the opportunity to grow professionally as much as the destination has, strengthening his repertoire and allowing him to share his knowledge and experience with his team at Design Services.

Nashely has more than 8 years of experience in architectural and interior design development. Raised in Baja California Sur, she has a deep understanding of the aesthetic of the region, where the environment is her inspiration to create unique projects. Her role in Design Services is to bring the project design into reality through drawings, finish schedules, contractor work, managing vendors, supervision and execution. She aims to create a sense of belonging for clients in every project she supports.

Originally from Mexico City, Otho has worked at Twin Dolphin and in the Los Cabos market for more than 12 years. Known for his steadfast professionalism, eye for detail and passion for impeccable design, Otho has played an integral role in the success of numerous high-end interior design projects. His deep knowledge of the region, unparalleled project management skills, and talent for providing personalized customer service and designs makes Otho an undeniable leader and asset for the Design Services team.

Originally from Mexico City, Paola graduated from La Ibero University with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. With a background in corporate and residential luxury interior design, Paola brings a unique combination of project management expertise and an innate eye for creativity to every project. She firmly believes that creativity is essential not only in design, but also in problem-solving and guiding projects through their various phases. Her commitment to detail is at the core of her work, ensuring that no element is overlooked. In the pursuit of crafting unforgettable living spaces, Paola blends creativity with precise project execution.

Renata has more than 10 years of experience creating refined, highly efficient homes in Los Cabos, understanding and embracing the importance of our relationship with the environment and the impact that interior design has on our lives. Originally from Los Cabos, she graduated from DeLaSalle University with a bachelor's degree in Interior & Environmental Design. With a passion for detail and sophistication, Renata focuses on developing clients' vision in spaces that reveal elegance, beauty, and warmth.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Sarah has gained valuable experience working in architecture studios, where she supported the development of high-end residential projects. Early in her career, she discovered her passion for the integration of interior design and architecture. Motivated by this passion, Sarah assists the team in creating spaces that blend luxury and comfort, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. With her strong skills in 2D and 3D modeling, as well as rendering, she helps bring innovative ideas and unique designs to life, always maintaining a keen eye for detail and beauty.
