The Texas House has approved a roughly $337 billion two-year spending plan, putting billions toward teacher pay, border security and property tax cuts, after more than 13 hours of debate that saw hundreds of amendments — from Democrats and hardline conservatives alike — meet their demise.

The City of Tyler approved a contract with Kimley-Horn Associates to perform retiming and fine tuning of intersections. The work is part of Year 5 of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Master Plan.  Since 2019, 85 out of 150's signal have been retimed.
