From the very beginning of contacting Thermmark I was in correspondence with Sophie, she was extremely helpful, friendly and very patient as I wasn't asking for an off the shelf product and I didn't know how this all worked. What a great experience. They have removed all our old scruffy markings and replaced with a whole new set of colourful and useable markings. It is a great company really good communication throughout a really reasonable cost for the work to be completed!

We are so happy with our new markings. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. The company were organised and communicated well with school. The men that came on site (Chris and Ross) were professional and worked flexibly to fit around our timetables and the sudden rain! The work was completed to a high standard and our children have had many hours of fun now playing on the new markings. Thank you

Dealt with thermark for a number of years now and never have I been let down once. The staff are very helpful and would do anything for the customer, and if there are any issues would do everything to sort them out. First class service from everyone.

Thermmark and especially Madison worked very patiently with us in the Friends of Bowring Park and Telford & Wrekin Council up to the final installation of our distance markers on 2/11/22. Ross and his colleague did a great job on installation, quality is excellent. A slight caveat is that the minimum spend can be a bit high for smaller customers but overall very happy.

I just wanted to send over my appreciation for the work Chris and Ady carried out at the Withernsea Primary School. They have made a fantastic job and the whole space has really been brought to life!

I just wanted to also complement how efficient and polite they both were and how they made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Both myself and the School have commented how great they both were and what an incredible finished result they have left behind.

From Chris making initial contact to make arrangements for entry and throughout the installation they really went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned.

The playground has been totally transformed!

We have as a company just started to use Thermmark as a supplier and as of now we have been very please with the whole service they have provided. The quality of the preform is great and the turn arounds on orders are very prompt, I look forward to many more dealings with this company.
