Men's Basketball Signs App State Transfer Jordan Marsh

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The UNC Asheville men's basketball program has signed transfer Jordan Marsh, as Head Coach Mike Morrell announced on Tuesday.
"We are thrilled to welcome Jordan and his family to our program," says Morrell. "Jordan has a winning track record and fits our style of play extremely well. Bulldog fans will love his athleticism and pace on the floor!"
Marsh, a 5-10 guard, is transferring from App State, where he played one season, and enters the Bulldogs' program this summer with three remaining years of eligibility.
Marsh played 31 games for the Mountaineers during his freshman campaign and averaged 6.2 points per game, 21 steals, seven blocks, and a .422 shooting percentage. He had a season-high 23 points against Louisiana on Feb. 17.
The Charlotte, N.C. native played at Moravian Prep High School, where he was named the Big Shots Prep Nationals High School SLAM MVP after leading his team to the championship. During his senior year, he led Moravian Prep to a 33-4 season, averaging 27.7 points per game.
