Employee salaries in Texas administrations

This dataset contains the following data:

- the folder "raw" includes 14 raw .csv files with employee attributes in Texas administrations

- "merged_raw_data.csv" is the aggregation of the 14 raw employees tables, and contains the following attributes

- "merged_cleaned_data.csv" is the aggregation of the 14 raw employee tables, after manual cleaning/matching of job titles across data sources.

"merged_cleaned_data.csv" contains the following attributes:

- "Dirty Job Title": the employee raw job title (before manual cleaning)

- "Cleaned Job Title": the employee job title, after manual cleaning/matching across data sources

- "Seniority": the number of years of experience of the employee since its hiring date

- "Gender": a binary variable indicating the employee gender (0 for men, 1 for women)

- "Ethnicity": the employee ethnicity

- "Annual Salary": the employee annual salary, in dollars

- "Database_ID": an integer (between 0 and 13) indicating the Texas administration in which the employee works
