Group of 3 Antique Cast Iron Wood Coal Stove Lid Lifters, Grate Shakers, Etc.
A group of three antique cast iron stove parts. I am unsure of the exact function of each. They could be lid lifters. Grate shakers, or something else, but they are all stove related. The first piece measures about 8-1/4" long and is marked"140" on the top of the handle. There are some casting marks on the underside of the handle as well. But they are difficult to read. The second piece m easures about 8" long. Has a casting mark on the underside of"B63" and is nickel plated. The third piece m easures about 11-1/2" long and has no casting marks or other identifiers. And is also nickel plated. The parts are used. But in good condition. The plated items do show some plating wear and minor rusting. The pictures show the condition of the items. Up for auction is an antique coal/wood stove shaker. It is about 7" long from the 90 degree bend and the handle is 4" long. It has a chrome color but it is rough, so I can't tell if it has been painted or has been used badly. It is really solid though and ready for use. For sale today is a hard to find vintage majestic range wood stove grate shaker handle. It is marked on both sides and has a ventilating handle to get rid of the heat. In pretty good condition. The chrome or nickel plating is pitted some and needs a good cleaning and polishing. The square opening is approx. three/quarter in. This is a real nice one is very good used condition. I try hard to describe all my listings the best I know how. Because I am selling mostly used items(antique. Vintage or estate) most items are not 100% perfect and show age related wear.
