My favorite quick breakfast at home. When camping, I add granola on top.
Apple, Yogurt, Nuts, Raisins
For each serving, mix together in a bowl:
- 1 apple, chopped
- 3-5 ounces plain (unsweetened) yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (i.e walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
- ½ tablespoon golden or regular raisins
- Sprinkling of nutmeg and/or cinnamon
- ¼ cup granola (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground flax (optional)
