Apple, Yogurt, Nuts, Raisins

My favorite quick breakfast at home. When camping, I add granola on top.

Apple, Yogurt, Nuts, Raisins

For each serving, mix together in a bowl:

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 3-5 ounces plain (unsweetened) yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (i.e walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
  • ½ tablespoon golden or regular raisins
  • Sprinkling of nutmeg and/or cinnamon
  • ¼ cup granola (optional) 
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax (optional)
