    We recently came across Dr. Anitra Sophia Biju’s profile online and visited her for a consultation a few days ago. From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed by her expertise, professionalism, and the kindness she showed us. She took the time to explain everything in detail.

    I would also like to express my gratitude to Aswathi, the Patient Administrator. This is the first time I've encountered a nurse who demonstrates such a professionalism, genuine care and respect for patients.

    Additionally, we were impressed by how quickly the tests were completed, with some even having the doctor personally took us to the lab. The process of reviewing the reports with the doctor was so easy, and it was incredibly convenient to be able to contact the Patient Administrator directly for any assistance.

    I visited Dr shahala for check my throat pain issue. And she checked and explained well about the issue and preferred the treatment and test. She’s absolutely well talk and care. So happy for the treatment. "They were attentive and took time to address all my concerns."

    Consulted with Dr Vishnu Kumar for my throat issues which I was suffering for a long times. I was treated well and given exceptional medicines.     Avoid Aster Clinics – A Nightmare Experience

    My visit to Aster Clinic for a 10 a.m. appointment turned into a drawn-out ordeal until 5 p.m. I initially went for a cyst consultation, and the doctor was fine – he explained that a minor cyst removal was needed and referred me to a surgeon at another Aster location an hour away. But once I got there, it was a nightmare. The surgeon spent less than a minute saying I’d need insurance approval. Why make me drive so far just for that? Aster’s attitude shows they don’t value their patients' time.

    Insurance approval came within 10 minutes, thanks to my coverage. Then, the surgeon insisted I get a biopsy as well, which I didn’t need or want. But Aster seemed determined to rack up charges since insurance would cover it. When I pushed back, the nurse’s tone turned sarcastic until I called her out. And dealing with valet was its own problem – no proper drop-off area, seating and mirror settings changed without permission, and a chaotic 25-minute wait just to leave.

    Aster’s priority is clear: maximizing bills over patient care. They seem confident in their monopoly, but that shouldn’t mean patients are treated as profit centers. Let’s come together and hold this chain accountable – we deserve better than unnecessary procedures and an utter lack of respect for our time and choices.

    Visited Dr Vishnu Kumar the ENT specialist as i had throat pain. I was so glad to have met Dr Vishnu who made all the efforts to treat me. The results were amazing and i feel better. Dr Vishnu also gave his phone number for emergency issues. I highly recommend Dr Vishnu and his team.

    My experience at Aster Clinic Bur Dubai was nothing short of a nightmare. I visited for a consultation regarding pain and was referred for a sonogram, only to endure a two-hour wait for the procedure. When I inquired about the additional wait time, the response was vague and dismissive. It was only after I insisted on speaking to a supervisor that Sabreesh informed me it would be another 1.5 hours (earning the sole star for his honesty). Frustrated and unwilling to waste any more time, I demanded and received a refund.

    The clinic's layout is atrocious, with the GP’s office at the back and the screening area at the front, forcing patients to walk outside in the sweltering heat due to the lack of an internal connection. This setup is a nightmare, especially for those with more severe conditions.

    Dr. Anita Varghese is particularly problematic, seemingly exploiting insured patients to maximize charges. The clinic's management, rather than addressing numerous complaints, responds with copy-paste templated replies, demonstrating a blatant disregard for patient feedback. Aster Clinic Bur Dubai (AJMC) appears to be run by either someone completely inept or utterly indifferent to patient concerns. Their appalling customer service and failure to address issues make it clear that this clinic is committed to maintaining its poor reputation. Based on my experience, this is absolutely not the place to consult for a GP.

    Consulting Dr. Vishnu at Aster AJMC turned out to be one of the best decisions made.
    Dr.Vishnu was patient in listening and answering to all my queries during all the visits. He diagnosed my symptoms and treated the exact spot. I’m great full to him and his team for being very supportive and responsive. I would highly recommend Dr. Vishnu for his best treatment results. Thank you Doc. 🙂

    I visited aster jublee for the radiology department . Worst experience ever .
    I will never recommend anyone to visit them.
    The racism in dealing with the patients is so obvious. They aren't even ashamed of themselves.
    They randomly call and cancel appointments when the patient has already arrived.
    The receptionist at radiology and the administration see patients waiting for 3 hours, but don't even approach to ask what they are waiting for.
    When the patient ask for help they ask them to wait. Wait for what they don't even let them complete their sentence just wait is all they keep saying. While waiting for hours for a 10 minute procedure, they let's others just walk in ahead of them . Completely unprofessional, unjustifiable treatment.

    I recently visited Dr.Vishnu and his team for an ear cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel at ease. Dr.Vishnu was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedure in detail. The ear cleaning itself was thorough and painless, and I left feeling much better. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding.     Today, I visited the dentist and met with Dr. Ahamed Fahis. I had an old tooth feeling that was causing me pain, and the doctor suggested a root canal treatment. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Ahamed was professional and friendly. He completed the treatment quickly and made me feel at ease. I hardly noticed when it was done.

    Note : Depending upon your health insurance it can covered (for me just need to pay 20% of whole treatments and medicine bills)

    What a joke. First i went to the clinic in business bay where they told me to come to the branch in Burj Dubai for a scan. ( they said no need for an appointment) just to come in on Saturday between 3/5, so I did. I arrived at 2:45, filled up all the papers and they told me to wait until 4:30/5PM. They said it will take long and I just need to wait. I decided to leave and book on the phone. They gave me a business card with their phone number ( to book) when I called they lady on the phone said she can’t book me in, it had to be the clinic itself. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! So now, I need to wait for the clinic to call me back to book an appointment

    Very professional and motivated staff. Due to some health issues I had to consult General Physician almost every fortnight so I am very much thankful to Dr Husnain Basharat, he makes the patient feel better. He is truly professional and a very nice person too

    Clinic atmosphere is like fish market. Some doctors are good but some of the doctors are careless. I was waiting outside doctor's cabin for 2 hours with fever 104.5. Noticed that doctor was chatting with someone for more than 30 mins and guy was not patient.

    Aster clinic jubliee is the worst place I have ever visited, today I have appointment 10 am for dentist. I have to wait more two hours, to get my turn. I have explained I have to go 1 pm, no one cares. I am not finish but I left from there. M2 counter one lady staff is very rude. Patient treating like this.

    Again ASTER, you are the worst clinic ever. I've always experienced bad about this clinic. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Poor service and rude staff. When someone ask for check up they will immediately refuse you because they're full and only one Doctor is available on duty in their Beauty Clinic. They will not even try to do something even I show him how worst my allergy was. Better go with other clinics, good thing VIDA clinics is nearby to our home who offer fast service. I will never ever go back to this poor service clinic. Many people are already telling me that service is bad.

    I am right here at this very moment. Oct. 7 16:07 hrs. The hospital looks clean and easy to find. However the staffs are not helpful at all. The security guard is just playing games on his mobile phone, information desk agent just pointed out to go to counter G4 without giving me instructions on what to do, G4 counter agent is not very welcoming because when you ask something she will say “wait for your name to be called” without even knowing what you need. My papers where just lying on her desk and not moving at all. I suspected that it has been set aside for whatever reason i dont know. I visited a GP doctor and referred me to orthopedics. But my papers was stuck in counter G4. I also took the liberty on checking the approval from AXA so i can tell them its already approved. But when i came to counter G4 she told me that system is down and will take time again. I hope that they will look on this matter and at least improve the services to make it more faster, specially for patients who are seeking medical attention. - mark

    Too much disappointed.
    I could not expect that in diagnosing centre the reception can do differentiation between the patient’s nationality and to give priority whether it is local or European. I approached to the receptionist whose name is Faisal who totally ignored not even raising his head from the computer to look at my face, not looking at my papers just only saying wait, I normally asked him excuse me who is the last patient in the queue so that I will wait after him he didn’t answer me, totally ignoring me, I asked him the second time excuse me can you answer to my question who is the last patient so that I will wait after him, only after this he raised his head, looked at my face saying what do you want, what are your papers showing his anger to me why I am bothering him. This is not totally acceptable in this country everyone is equal whether you are local or European specially if you are a patient and you come to hospital you don’t expect form reception to show their attitude. Specially it is not nice to give a priority to locals which his supervisors were showing approaching to him and asking excuse me “sir” what has happened and the “sir” is answering it was my queue and she entered but the management didn’t approach even to me to ask what has happened why are you upset, while I entered the queue was open and free and there was no one standing there.
    This is totally not acceptable, I could never exepext such kind of attitude.

    As far as the treatment or services are concerned its still better but the torcher is the call centre services. It would take a generation gap to seek assistance on call centre and that to when you need it the most. I wonder if it is the company neglegance or the staff ignorant attitude. Whatsoever but its not acceptable.

    Pathetic service!

    Very slow response!

    If you pay money you will be treated fast. Your number will rotate fast, once you come back to see the doctor your life is screwed.

    Keep 3 to 4 hours in hand . Money making machines are everywhere. Be careful . I spoke to fee people around and everyone was at same issue.

    Better not to come here .

    It's my personal experience . May differ with person to person.

    Outstanding care from start to finish. Friendly and professional staff.The experience was outstanding. Doctors and staff were extremely helpful and willing to guide(especially nursing staff Mrs.Sheeja &joby).

    The atmosphere while meeting the doctor is relaxed, making the visitor feel safe and positive. The work done is also very efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking medical guidance.

    "I am very active and with that has come my share of mishaps. Dr Prakash pania explains exactly what is wrong and how we are going to repair. I sincerely trust him, his medical knowledge and his judgment. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time."     Good Evening !!

    From the moment I arrived, the nurses involved were caring (Neurology Dr Dinesh Jacob), sympathetic and most considerate. Regardless of the problems, it was possible for me to have the procedure, and the findings thankfully found nothing untoward.During my short stay I was treated professionally, and politely by all members of staff, The Counter was Very Busy When i Got my token its almost 15 min But the doctors had taken 5 min and i Regular Patient for Aster but With this Department first Experience , the Procedure is so long many Paper work but Once my file has passed they have treated me well thanks for Staffs especially nurses..

    Wonderful experience. Excellent service. Dr Nazir has been fantastic. Cannot think of anything better than what he has done for us. The sisters, brothers and the entire staff of the urology department have been just too good in providing their best services. They are very courteous, polite, caring and full of warmth in providing us their services. A special thank you to all of them.

    Very friendly & patience sisters. always smiling and ready to help. Also prompt in answering to all the questions. The wait time is only a drawback for the clinic. Fast track should be based on the emergency and not based on the insurance card / policy.

    Most poor services I have ever seen in my life.

    Right now I am in the same clinic and it took me 45minutes to take token from counter M1 to discuss my reports.

    I strongly believe that the staff is not much competent to handle high number of patients.

    Whenever I visit in this clinic, it always took 2 to 3 hours for the checkup.

    I would specifically appreciate Dr Prakash Pania for his amazing way of taking care of his patients. One hand you have people to rip you off as soon as they know you have good insurance on the other hand you have this genuine doctor who only prescribes what is best for the patients. He is by far the best having specially seen other 7 star hospitals with doctors only wanting to make money.

    Another person who I would like to appreciate is Jyoti Mohandas, extremely helpful and knows how to calm patients down with her compassionate approach. Thank you Jyoti.

    Overall good. Only problem is number of doctors is so less. Needs to hire more doctors for ophthalmology. Only one doctor is available and the doctor will take around 20minute for each patient, which is very inefficient. I am here since 8:30pm. Doctor checks only 5 patients in 1hour and 34min.

    What I appreciate the most with this clinic is that the staffs are very effective and efficient. They know how to multitask despite of the number of patients who are waiting in the que in front of them and knowledgeable enough of the questions being asked and answers them perfectly. I also commend the doctors for being so welcoming to their patients and ease them through the way they speak and give relief to the illness that they’re having.Aim high and soar high !

    Since 2011, Aster clinic is my first preference. I visited Aster medical center couple of timesat for Specialist Consultation.

    I Visited the clinic after booking the appointment through the Aster call center.M y appointment was on time and staffs are friendly .Over all experience was good except waiting time in pharmacy for insurance approval.

    When I visited last, I was quite impressed with how organized everything was, as well as clean and neat. I popped in to see the dietitian and not only was she very knowledgeable but she was equally friendly and warm. Staff seem really hardworking and dedicated and I shall definitely be returning.     I posted a bad review with this clinic a few days ago. I was quite impressed how Jhoti the unit manager handle my concern. She approached me right away when I visited the clinic, apologized and explained to meme the situation. She also assured me that it will not happen again. I am very happy that they really cared about my concern. Good job.

    i would like to give less than one star, because there is no diff in pateint walk in and appointment, suppose our appointment is for 1pm our turn will come at 2;15pm, and staffs are mis behaving with the patients when we argue with them, some doctors are good no doubt, when we write rate and review, we are getting reply from them but there is no change

    I would even like to give less than one star to this clinic. Some doctors and staff are really good and caring the patients like anything but others are worst then what would be a small clinic of a charitable organization in an underdeveloped country. I kept on waiting more than 3 hours for the turn of my wife to see the doctor and in spite of that we were not able to see since there were 5 to 6 patients still there a head of us and the speed of doctor was such that it could have easily taken another 2 hours.
    If you raise a complaint there will not be any one to listen to it just the person on the counter will say go to the other counter and the other counter will say go to the next one, so on and so forth……! At last we came out without seeing the doctor keeping the patient in the worst condition in which she was taken to the clinic.
    Really if you wanna suffer and waste your time then go to this clinic.

    After two days of my post no response from any one shows how serious you are in your activities.

    If you have enough time and battery charge to sit and browse on your phone go there. Most of the doctors are brilliant and excellent but you need to wait hours to meet them especially if you are going there on weekend. I visited today at 11 AM and returned without seeing the doctor by 12:30 PM since it was over crowded. Insufficient support staffs and nurses.

    6 hours 30 mins to get a prescriptionI visited Aster clinic BurDubai at 115pm as a walkin patient to show myself to a urologist.. I met some one at the main reception and told him the reason of my visit and showed him my insurance card and I was directed to go to the 1st floor, counter 2 to get the token..I went there explained the same and showed my insurance card, I was asked to stab. In the queue after waiting for 45 mins in the queueI was informed that I need to first get appointment with GP and than he will give a referral letter to meet the urologist.. I went back to the guy at the main reception and showed him my displeasure, on which he rushed me to GP and got me the letter in no time.. I waited for urologist and I was attended at 1650 hours..he prescribed some tests, I went to the concerned department with my file who are supposed to check with my insurance company whether those tests are covered or not.. they gave me a waiting time of 30 mins to check with the insurance company which is acceptable.. at 520 when I went to him check the reply, he claimed that he has sent the request and not yet heard back from them, I called up the insurance company myself and discovered that they haven't received any such file, on confronting this to the administration team they tried expediting and by 6pm I got the paper which said it's approved .. I saw the time they had sent my request and to my surprise it said 1730 hours.. Biggest surprise was, when I got my tests done and asked them the further procedure they said these test results cannot be examined today and i have to wait till the doctor returns from his holiday which is on 1st August.. when I asked what about a replacement urologist to check, I was informed the replacement is going to come on 24th July.. again I went back to administration department explained him that after all this I don't even have a prescription and the test results are of no use after waiting for 6 hours.. he went to the doctor Mr. Rahul Bhatt to assist who in return said I m busy and his case is not so important tell him to wait for 30 mins.. just to write the name of the medicine..eventually after shouting and fighting i was handed over a paper with the names of two medicine which I was already aware ofThey surely have no respect for their customers and doesn't value someone's time.. patient name - Vikrant Kamal..

    Appointment take atleast 1 week to book. Walkin customer will take more than 2 hours. If some one needs immediate attention or can wait next day, there is no special care been taken by Aster for customer.

    If you are in pain or feel like dying, do not come here. Too much of crowd and the clinic cannot handle. Doctors don't turn up on time!!

    The initial booking of the appointment and doctors check up was excellent. The medicines provided also were effective and gave immediate relief. I have rated this clinic 1 star because of the issuance of sick leave letter. Apparently, the sick leave system was down on the day we visited the clinic, they said that within 3 working days we could make the payment and within 3 days the sick leave would be emailed to us. It has been 5 days and i haven't received any email yet. Made several calls to the clinic and all they say is that the people responsible for this are busy and will call me back Its been over 24 hours and yet no call back.. :(

    Came for 2 vaccines. 2 hours later left as they hinted it would be another 2 hours wait.

    Overcrowded.
    Dirty.
    Stinks.

    Wouldn't come back even if I didn't have any alternatives.

    The worst experience in any medical clinic. They have only 1 ENT specialist who deals with both appointments and walk ins.
    So all the appointments of the day are full but in between whenever the doctor gets a break , walk ins are consulted. The whole process takes over 2 hours.
    I do not understand why people with insurance would come here. I , being new here , experienced this for the first and last time.
    Never again will I visit this place
