Out of all the festivals at Epcot, I think the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is probably our favorite as a family. There is so much to eat, drink and enjoy. During the festival, we have found our about new Disney-inspired food and beverage options that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. So let’s dive into our full Epcot Food and Wine Festival guide and cover everything you need to know about when planning your trip.
When is Epcot Food and Wine Festival?
Epcot Food and Wine typically takes place in the fall, but this year it will begin on July 15 with some modifications. It will be called “A Taste of Epcot International Food and Wine Festival,”. The event will continue through the fall and feature more than 20 global marketplaces like Hawaii and Hops & Barley.
Marketplace Food and Wine Festival Booths
As always there are a ton of new food dishes coming to the festival this year at the 30 global marketplace booths around world showcase and future world.
Appleseed Orchard
Our first new booth for this year at Epcot Food and Wine Festival will be located over in Canada and called the Appleseed Orchard. this will be located adjacent to LaSalle yay but I believe it will be outside. To call it a new booth is a little bit of a stretch because this location will serve up craft beers, ciders, and wines as we’ve seen at the Festival Center.
The Alps Marketplace Booth
The Alps Marketplace Booth is located near the Norway pavilion.
The Donut Box
Opening October 1st, the donut box will be enjoyed by those with a sweet tooth for sure.
Active Eats
Active Eats booth is returning with the same menu and I love the loaded mac and cheese here. Another favorite of mine here is the active eats energy bar which is a mixture of nuts chocolate and dates.
Flavors from Fire
Flavors from Fire is coming back with almost the same menu. This is a great booth from top to bottom! They offer beautiful dishes like the chocolate picante’ and others.
Chocolate Studio
The liquid nitro chocolate-almond truffle is absolutely to die for and comes highly recommended. They also offer a dark chocolate raspberry tart that my husband absolutely loves!
The Cheese Studio
The cheese studio brings a few different succulent offerings. A braised beef stroganoff which seems very heavy, but every review I have heard about this so far says that it’s fantastic and that the pickle that is in it gives it a very unique tangy flavor. They also offer a black pepper Boursin souffle and a maple bourbon cheesecake.
Wine and Dine Studio
Great food and great wine to pair it with, what more could you ask for?! The Butternut Squash Ravioli is absolutely delicious!
Germany Booth
My husband loves the roast bratwurst here. I’m not as big of a fan because the food here seems rather “heavy” to me….but maybe it’s just me.
Spain Booth
This booth is always interesting and the Spanish-style Paella with Botifarra and Roasted Chicken is always a favorite for me.
Islands Of The Caribbean
Smells like Hawaiian barbeque to me! I know Hawaii has there own booth, but that’s what this smells like. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken is amazing! It’s definitely a must-try and worth the money.
Hawaii
On the front of World Showcase Lagoon, you’ll find the Hawaii food booth and it’s as good as ever with the kalua pork slider. It’s a bite that will have you coming back year after year.
Thailand Booth
Thailand is another favorite booth of mine and I love that Thai curry beef here.
India Booth
Located by the China Pavillion the India Food Booth is returning with its same menu. If you like exotic flavors both India and Thailand are must-stops.
Hops and Barley
Located at the American Adventure pavilion, Hops and Barley is another great stop with the New Brunswick slider another favorite of mine from last year.
Belgium
The Belgium booth will once again serve delicious golden malted waffles either with chocolate or fruit toppings.
Brazil
Another fan favorite coming back is, of course, Brazil. I tried the moqueca last year, which is a seafood stew and I actually really enjoyed it.t I’m a big seafood person, living in New England, so my expectations weren’t that high. But this included a beautiful coconut lime sauce on top of scallops and rice it was really good. They also offer a crispy pork belly that is to die for!
Ireland
Ireland is another food booth returning with the same menu and in particular, I’m a big fan of the Irish cheddar cheese stout dip.
Canada
Canada is on the must-do list here. The Le Cellier filet mignon is divine and I always must stop here and get the Canadian cheddar cheese soup as well. If all else fails the Canada booth always delivers. If this is your first time at the festival you have to give it a try.
Shimmering Sips
The shimmering sips mimosa bar is a great stop inside the festival center and it featured all sorts of mimosa flavors, I personally love the Key Lime mimosa the most.
France
Meanwhile, new this year in France is a fondue of imported cheese and Chardonnay served with a side of croutons.
Morocco
Just next door in Morocco we finally get an update at this booth, because this one hasn’t changed for a really long time. New for this year is a New York strip steak flatbread with fresh radish and tomato salsa.
Japan
The Japan Pavilion will have frothy ramen this year which is chilled noodles and dashi broth with a light foam topping.
Italy
The Italy Pavillion is known for having an entirely new menu and this happens every year. Italy revamped everything and it’s always a hit and miss.
Africa
The Africa booth gets extremely overlooked and it’s a big shame because I love the food here during Epcot Food and Wine Festival!
China
China will debut a new spareribs dish and this is covered in a thick red sauce cooked with rock sugar so it should have that sort of spicy and sweet combo. Sadly China has removed the duck Bao bun from the menu to replace it with this.
Mexico
Just like Italy, the Mexico booth always completely changes up the menu as well. For 2021 there will be a Taco de Puerco, which is a pork taco and a new chocolate bread pudding.
Australia
Australia which hasn’t seen any changes for a long time either the savory dishes here are returning but there will be a new dessert, the deconstructive pavlova which sounds fantastic.
Coastal Eats
Located in Future World, this seafood booth will feature a bass tostada with slaw and fire-roasted tomatillo sauce.
Earth Eats
Also in Future World, Earth Eats is a great booth for the vegetarians because it’s sponsored by impossible foods and create some delicious plant-based products.
Concert Series
Just like for Flower & Garden Festival the new live entertainment offerings will have Mariachi Cobre, Voices of Liberty and the JAMMitors will perform at America Gardens Theatre.
Presented by Florida Blue Medicare, a live music concert series will take place again Friday through Monday nights. Take a look at local bands from around Central Florida as they perform popular songs of the past and present on the stage of America Gardens Theatre. Epic and the M-80’s are some of our favorites and we are really excited that they have been brought back for this festival.

Is The Epcot Food and Wine Festival Worth It?
If you love food and/or you love wine then this is a must-do event! This festival has a really special place in our hearts because it was the first special event that my husband and I attended at Disney many many years ago. I loved touring the world showcase to sample all of those dishes because it’s the ultimate foodie event at Walt Disney World.
