Gun found in backpack at Warner Robins High School

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WGXA) -- Warner Robins High School Principal Chris McCook alerted parents that a gun was found in a student's backpack on campus.

McCook stated that all students and staff are safe and asks that parents remind their children to use Anonymous Alerts when they see or hear something that may cause them concern.

McCook's statement goes on to say that the safety and well-being of their students and staff is always our number one priority and that they will continue to investigate any and all safety concerns.
