w:Grammatical_person#English_pronouns_in_the_nominative_case has a series of values we could use. I don't think we should attempt to limit them beyond trying to use items that aren't language specific. Language specific ones could be link in the qualifier.

If'd use it for both. It's just easier to add illustrative samples for pronouns. For languages that hardly use pronouns, I'd use a verb form.
