Motivation

- @Hannes Röst:: I don't think so but using HAL's API it should be possible to get ISSN of the journal when it is know to HAL and from there quite easilty find Wikidata candidates to add the HAL journal id. Symac (talk) 10:27, 26 November 2020 (UTC)
