Dr Mmamontsheng Dulcy Rakumakoe (born 14 September 1975) is a gender-affirming medical practitioner, a social entrepreneur, and entertainer. Rakumakoe is the CEO of Quadcare[2], which is a private healthcare company in South Africa that offers comprehensive and convenient healthcare access to ordinary South Africans. Quadcare[3] is a primary healthcare provider consisting of a large network of clinics in Gauteng and Limpopo. She is also the co-founder of Queerwell, a platform that provides free mental health care services to the LGBTQ community.

Dr Rakumakoe is also known as DJ Chai Latte.

Rakumakoe was born in Krugersdorp, South Africa and in 1977 moved with her parents to Temba, Hammanskraal in  Gauteng province. She is the first of three children by Stephen and Deborah Rakumakoe.

She has obtained a Master of Science Degree in Sports Medicine, MBChB, and diplomas in Occupational Health, HIV Management, and Travel Medicine all from the University of the Witwatersrand. She also holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS)[4].
