::Bengalis can be included in Bangladeshis, but as it stands today Bangladeshi is the nationality and Benglis are the majority ethnic group of Bangladesh, so we can keep the title on Bangladeshis (citizens of Bangladesh) while the majority ethnic Bengali group can be included in the article.--[[User:NadirAli|NadirAli نادر علی]] ([[User talk:NadirAli|talk]]) 04:49, 2 July 2018 (UTC) |

Separating Bengalis in Pakistan with Bangladeshis in Pakistan
Bengali is an ethnic group that arrived in Pakistan well before Bangladesh was created. Most of early Bengalis in Pakistan are assimilated into Pakistani culture and maintain a stark differences with there Bangladeshi counterparts who arrived after 1971. So it's best to separate the two, just like Pashton and Afghans in Pakistan are separate.

- Bengalis can be included in Bangladeshis, but as it stands today Bangladeshi is the nationality and Benglis are the majority ethnic group of Bangladesh, so we can keep the title on Bangladeshis (citizens of Bangladesh) while the majority ethnic Bengali group can be included in the article.--NadirAli نادر علی (talk) 04:49, 2 July 2018 (UTC)
