1983 picture

I took the 1983 picture at a Junior Wells and Buddy Guy concert. My memory is that Buddy introduced him as "brother Phil". But someone just changed the caption to say that it is George Base. George Base did play with Junior Wells. And in almost all photos of Phil Guy, he has his guitar strap over his right shoulder, instead of the left. So is this really George Base?
