I do not believe that Richard Daddario meets the general notability guidelines for Wikipedia. It identifies him as a politician, but no office is mentioned to be held. It mentions his upper-level manager role in the NYPD, but that was really only notable for how he left and would Wikipedia:ONEEVENT. The rest of the article discusses his family.
