Bernard Marie (born Raoul Bernard Lucien Marie on 17 June 1918 in Toulouse) is a French former international rugby referee[1], former Deputy in the French National Assembly (1967-1981)[2][3][4][5], and former Mayor of Biarritz (1977-1991)[1]. He is also the founder of the organization Fondation du Bénévolat and an grand officer of the Legion of Honour.
