Hello! My name is TLSuda. I was formerly known as RandorXeus and later ТимофейЛееСуда; I have decided to use my true given name. I like to edit Wikipedia articles, but I spend most of my time working in the file namespace. I can often be found at WP:NFCR, WP:PUF, WP:FFD, WP:FFU, and WP:AN/RFC. I've recently gotten involved in the WP:GAR process and sometimes I venture over to WP:FPC. If I don't have access to a secure computer, I have a separate account that I use in those situations: User:TLSuda public.

To maintain transparency

I am a huge proponent of transparency and therefore I want every user, editor and admin to know a few things about me:

  1. I am a full-time technology specialist and a part-time maintenance assistant by trade
  2. I work in public K-12 education
  3. I also work in post-secondary education
  4. I have previously worked for a few large companies including an electronics manufacturer, a satellite installation firm, a pharmacy, a clothing store, and a contract food service company.
  5. I have held journalism related positions including public information officer, videographer, and freelance news writer
  6. I have an undergraduate degree in Mass Communications
  7. My hobbies include editing Wikipedia, camping, computer gaming, partaking in the occasional adult beverage, and most importantly spending time with my wife and dogs
  8. I have firefighting and emergency medical responder experience, and I have FEMA certifications in emergency management
  9. I have never made edits on behalf of anyone except myself

I have made the promise to multiple people on multiple occasions that I would not make administrative edits that I did not have sufficient experience. If I take an administrative action that is not on this list, or an immediate necessity, please let me know and I will revert myself. I intend to keep my word that I will work to gain editor experience in an area first. Below is my list of areas that I feel I am sufficient enough to take action in:

  1. File namespace: Broadly construed, including, but not limited to WP:NFCR, WP:PUF, WP:FFD, WP:FFU, and WP:CSD (for files and related pages only).
  2. Obvious vandalism: Including making blocks only on obvious vandalism-only accounts
  3. Closing discussions: Those listed at WP:ANRFC as I have been doing since prior to gaining the bit
  4. Requests for permission: Those requests relating to file mover at WP:RFP/FM

Administrator recall

In my early 2014 RfA, I made the promise that I would be open to recall if a situation were to arise where I have lost the editing community's trust. This section describes the process in which that recall could happen. I hope you attempt to resolve issues at my talk page, preferably, or a number of other venues such as WP:WQA, WP:3O, WP:ANI, or WP:RFC/U. Please note that it is never my intention to lose the community's faith in me, so I apologize if any action of mine causes this.

If all else has failed, these are the terms under which I will voluntarily commit myself to an admin recall to save the community the drama and pain of arbitration. I strongly feel that if I have become disruptive or no longer helpful to the community and the project then I should not retain the tools.

Criteria for recall

To expedite this process, I am offering three ways to recall me.

Option 1

If any one editor from the list below requests that I be recalled, I will consider their request. If I feel I may have lost the community's trust, I will submit myself to a reconfirmation WP:RfA. I retain the right to deny the request.

Option 2

If any three editors from the list below request that I be recalled within two weeks, I will immediately submit myself to a reconfirmation WP:RfA.

Option 3

If any five editors from the list below requests that I be recalled within two weeks, I will ask a steward to remove the tools. I retain the right to resubmit myself to RfA, however if five of these editors request I lose the tools then I am not likely to request that anytime in the near future.

Editors

My RfA Co-Nominators:

What must be done before approaching these users

If these rules are not followed, I retain the right to ignore this request.

  1. You must have tried speaking to me on my talk page
  2. You must have tried some form of community discussion (Dispute resolution, ANI, AN, RFC/U, ect I'll let the editors above decide if a suitable discussion has been accomplished)
  3. The request must be based on actions I've taken as an administrator
  4. My actions must violate a policy or guideline; essays do not count

If I ever cause you to doubt me

Please let me know! I promise I am human, and if I've offended you, or betrayed your trust, I have not done this intentionally.
