Ahva Academic College (Template:Lang-he) (Michlelet Akhva) is an Israeli college.
Ahva Academic College is located near the village of Ahva within the boundaries of Be'er Tuvia Regional Council. It operates under the academic supervision of the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Ahva College was founded in 1971. It grants B.Ed. degrees in teaching, offering tracks in early childhood, elementary school, high school and special education, as well as an accelerated track for honor students. Specializations include administration of education systems, English, history, literature, sciences, language and mathematics.[1]Since 2005, the college has granted M.Ed. degrees in Administration of Education Systems. In addition to the regular program, the college offers a Teaching Certificate track for academic re-trainees and a program for holders of teaching certificates who want to complete their degree. [2]
The college runs certification and in-service training programs for teachers and educational administrators in didactic diagnosis, art therapy, proofreading, kindergarten management and mediation-training.[3]
