Please be careful when turning citations into templates, like [https://en.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=lettre_de_cachet&type=revision&diff=67534543&oldid=67292892 this]. You took a reference to Chapter 77 in volume 2, and made it page 77 in chapter 2. If you really want to put something into a template, you need to check which edition the template refers to and make sure your page numbers still match.
