“This large investment in Gemini for Google Workspace reflects our belief in the transformative power of generative AI. And by embracing Gemini in our own operations, we’ll be able to expertly guide our customers on their own AI journeys.” —Sébastien Chevrel, Devoteam’s Group Managing Director

All in with Gemini

Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consulting company and a leading Google Cloud Premier Partner across several product and engagement models, has announced a significant investment in artificial intelligence (AI) for its workforce by obtaining 4,000 Gemini Enterprise licenses for Gemini for Google Workspace.

Devoteam’s substantial investment in Gemini for Google Workspace demonstrates the company’s commitment to being at the forefront of AI innovation. By empowering employees with Gemini for Google Workspace's advanced features, Devoteam is not only enhancing internal productivity and collaboration but also strengthening its position as a go-to AI partner for their customers across EMEA.

“Our deep investment in security is one of the many reasons customers choose Google Workspace. Devoteam's significant investment in Gemini for Google Workspace showcases its commitment to innovation and trust in Google Cloud's AI technology," said Tara Brady, President of EMEA, Google Cloud. "We're excited to collaborate with Devoteam as it empowers its workforce with generative AI and helps customers embrace AI-powered productivity.”

Helping more than 1 million people harness the collaborative power of Google Cloud and Workspace

The choice of Gemini was natural for Devoteam, which already had an abiding trust in the security of Google technology: Among its 11,000 employees in more than 25 EMEA countries is its Google Cloud team division. This team of more than 600 Google experts has helped more than one million people at hundreds of organizations harness the collaborative power of Google Cloud and Google Workspace.

But Devoteam will be rolling out Gemini across its entire organization — not just its Google Cloud division. This strategic direction underscores the company's recognition of AI's potential to revolutionize workflows across various functions. This comprehensive rollout will foster a culture of AI-driven collaboration, enabling employees to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

“We do not only give people access to the technology, but also make sure that everyone is able to use Gen AI in the most effective and ethical way,” said Gert Jan van Halem, CTO at Devoteam. “That is why, next to the investment in the technology, we also invest in a training program for all our employees to learn how to embed Gen AI in their daily work.”

“By fully embracing Gemini in our own operations, we’ll gain insights that will help us guide our customers on their own AI journeys,” adds Valon Rexhepi, Devoteam G Cloud’s Global VP. And this expertise will be key: A recent survey reports that 75 percent of global executives predict generative AI will lead to significant or disruptive change in their organization.
