Minnow, a Charleston, S.C. family lifestyle brand, has teamed up with celebrity stylist Jamie Mizrahi to launch an exclusive capsule.
The 13-piece limited-edition collection features women’s and children’s swimwear and ready-to-wear.
Mizrahi styles such celebrities as Adele, Jennifer Lawrence, Riley Keough, and “The Bear” star Jeremy Allen White. She previously was the creative director of Juicy Couture, had an intimates apparel brand with Simone Harouche called The Kit and had a collection for Rent the Runway called Sweet Baby Jamie.
“When collaborating on a Minnow capsule, it’s significant for the partnership to feel genuinely authentic,” said Morgan Smith, founder and chief executive officer of Minnow. “Jamie has been a loyal customer and supporter of the brand, which was a huge compliment, since I admire her impeccable styling and creative process. I decided to approach her to design a limited capsule for September, fashion month. I loved incorporating her fresh perspective on color, scale and new prints, while ensuring that the collection remained consistent with our timeless style for an exclusive Minnow collection,” said Smith.

The capsule features unexpected color combinations, classic stripes and bold floral prints. New silhouettes for women include a clean triangle bikini top and coordinating bottom. It is paired with a matching swim pant. They also designed an oversized rugby top.
“I’ve been a Minnow fan for years, dressing both myself and my boys in the brand,” said Mizrahi. “It felt like a natural fit when Morgan, the brand’s founder, and I started chatting about designing a collection together. I’ve always admired Minnow’s timeless style and quality, and collaborating on this collection was a fun and creative experience for me. We add new prints, colorways, and some of my personal favorites to the line. Inspired by my boys and their favorite pieces, the goal was to design a collection that’s stylish and versatile,” said Mizrahi.
The editorial campaign was designed and styled by Mizrahi, and was photographed by Mikey DeTemple in Mizrahi’s family’s Amagansett home. It features Mizrahi and her sons, as well as the daughter of Selby Drummond and Alison Chemla. Drew Maloney shot the campaign video.
The Minnow x Jamie Mizrahi collection will be available exclusively online at minnowswim.com on Thursday. Prices range from $56 to $198.
