Angelo Palazzi

Angelo Palazzi was a henchman hired by SPECTRE to hijack a NATO test flight with two nuclear warheads. He spent two years undergoing facial surgery so that he could impersonate a NATO ambassador. Angelo tried to extort SPECTRE for more money, and was drowned in revenge.

Auric Goldfinger

Auric Goldfinger

Auric Goldfinger was a gold smuggler that made plans to break into Fort Knox in Kentucky, to explode a nuclear bomb. His goal was to contaminate the entire gold supply of the United States, to increase the market value of his own holdings. He had Oddjob as his bodyguard and Pussy Galore as his pilot.

Count Lippe

Count Lippe

Count Lippe was a henchman working for the criminal organization SPECTRE. He helped plan and carry out an operation to hijack two nuclear warheads from a NATO test flight. During the operation, he picks an unreliable man to impersonate a NATO pilot, and is killed for his poor judgement.

Domino Derval

Domino Derval

Domino Derval was a Bond girl from Thunderball, and the mistress of SPECTRE agent Emilio Largo. Bond uses her to get information about the hijacking of two atomic bombs, and breaks it to her that Largo killed her brother.

Dr. No

Dr. No

Dr. Julius No appeared in Dr. No (1962). He was a scientist who specialized in atomic energy and he joined S.P.E.C.T.R.E to get revenge on the west for refusing his services. He bought the island crab key and crashed the USA's test missiles using a powerful radio beam. Bond came to investigate some strange deaths and ended up killing Dr. No and blowing up his island.

Emilio Largo

Emilio Largo

Emilio Largo was "Number 2", the second in command in the terrorist organization SPECTRE, behind leader Ernst Stavro Blofeld. He led Operation Thunderball, a plan to steal two nuclear warheads from a NATO test flight, to hold Britain and the United States for ransom.

Fiona Volpe

Fiona Volpe

Fiona Volpe was a SPECTRE henchwoman in Thunderball. Her main duties were to seduce men, including Francois Derval and James Bond, in order to make them vulnerable, so that other SPECTRE agents could kill or kidnap them.

Francois Derval

Francois Derval

Francois Derval was a French NATO ambassador in Thunderball, who was seduced and killed by SPECTRE agents Fiona Volpe and Angelo Palazzi. Francois was due to board a NATO nuclear test flight, and was killed so that Palazzi could take his place and hijack the plane.

Honey Ryder

Honey Ryder

Honey Rider was the leading Bond girl in Dr. No (1962). She was played by Ursula Andress, however due to her strong accent she was dubbed by Nikki van der Zyl. She was diving for shells at Crab Key when Bond first saw her. The character is famous for her entry to the movie, walking out of the sea in a white bikini.

Jaws

Jaws

Jaws--played by 7ft giant Richard Kiel--is the steel jawed henchmen, and later allie, from The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker. Jaws is one of the only villains to make multiple appearances, and has become an icon for the James Bond series. His jaws can bite through necks, sharks, steel cables and chains.

Jill Masterson

Jill Masterson

Jill Masterson, played by Shirley Eaton, was employed by Goldfinger to help him cheat at cards. She is seduced by James Bond, and as a result of her betrayal, Goldfinger kills her by painting her entire body with gold paint, causing her to suffocate.

John Strangways

John Strangways

John Strangways was the MI6 representative in Jamaica. He investigated reports about the island Crab Key and took rock samples, thinking they were radioactive. He brought them to geologist and friend Professor Dent to be analyzed, and was later killed after Dent reported the events to Dr. No, the owner of Crab Key.

Kerim Bey

Kerim Bey

Darko Kerim Bey was the Head of Station T, Turkey and was one of the best men MI6 had anywhere according to M. He helped Bond in a mission to escape from Istanbul with Tatiana and a Lektor decoding machine, eventually getting killed by SPECTRE Operative Red Grant.

Kronsteen

Kronsteen

Kronsteen, played by Vladek Sheybal, was the head of planning for SPECTRE in From Russia with Love (1963). He devised a plan to lure James Bond into Turkey and then kill him, humiliating the British government and getting revenge for the death of Dr. No. When the plan failed, he was killed with a poison tipped knife.

Marc-Ange Draco

Marc-Ange Draco

Marc-Ange Draco (played by Gabriele Ferzetti) was the head of the Union Corse, a large criminal organization that operated in Europe. He was Bond's allie in On her Majesty's Secret Service and was the father of Bond's wife, Teresa Di Vicenzo. He also headed an operation to blow up the institute at Piz Gloria

Miss Moneypenny

Miss Moneypenny

While Miss Moneypenny isn't strictly a Bond girl, she is one of the most iconic characters within the James Bond series. Moneypenny works at MI6 as M's secretary, and throughout most of the films demonstrates an infatuation with James Bond.

Miss Taro

Miss Taro

Miss Taro (played by Zena Marshall) appeared in the 1962 Bond movie Dr. No. She worked as a secretary for Pleydell-Smith, the principal secretary of Jamaica, as well as being a spy for Dr. No. She alerted him of Bond's arrival, and stole several incriminating files. Bond discovered who she was and she was later arrested.

Oddjob

Oddjob (played by Harold Sakata), is a ruthless villain and Goldfinger's personal bodyguard. Armed with a steel rimmed hat and a good knowledge of karate, Oddjob is a deadly character. He is perhaps one of the most legendary villains in James Bond, and has inspired game characters, merchandise and spoofs.

Patricia Fearing was a nurse at the Shrublands health clinic in the South of England. She was assigned to treat both Bond and SPECTRE agent Count Lippe as part of a health rejuvenation package. Bond had been sent by M to detoxify himself from all the martinis and caviar.

Paula Caplan

Paula Caplan

Paula Caplan was Bond's assistant in Thunderball. She helped him in making contact with Bond girl Domino Derval, and other tasks in Nassau. She was eventually kidnapped by SPECTRE, and took a cyanide pill to avoid being tortured.

Professor Dent

Professor Dent is a fictional character who appeared in Dr. No (1962). He worked as both a geologist and as a Henchmen for Dr. No. He was responsible for the deaths of John Strangways and his secretary and he was later killed by Bond, the same person he had just tried to assassinate.

Pussy Galore

Pussy Galore, played by Honor Blackman, is one of the more famous James Bond characters, due to her provocative name. Pussy is not only Goldfinger's personal pilot, but also the leader of the group Pussy Galore's Flying Circus, who work as part of Goldfinger's Operation Grandslam.

Quarrel was a fictional Cayman Island fisherman who first appeared in Ian Fleming's novel Live and Let Die, published in 1954. He later appeared in the novel Dr. No, published in 1958 and in the movie Dr. No in 1962. He helped out Bond, taking him to the island Crab Key to investigate Dr. No.

Red Grant was a convicted murderer who appeared in the 1957 novel From Russia with Love, and the 1963 film of the same name. He was recruited by Rosa Klebb for a mission to steal a Lektor decoding machine from the Russian's with the inadvertent assistance of a Russian girl and the British Government.

Rosa Klebb

Rosa Klebb

Rosa Klebb was the Head of Operations for SMERSH, however in the movie she defected to SPECTRE. She led a mission to steal a Lektor decoding machine and humiliate the British Secret Service. She choose Tatiana Romanova to lead Bond into Istanbul and choose Red Grant to take the Lektor and kill Bond. Grant failed and Klebb was killed when she tried to take her revenge on Bond.

Sylvia Trench was one of James Bond's girlfriends in both Dr. No and From Russia with Love. She was played by Eunice Gayson, and was one of only a few bond girls to be in more than one movie, as well as being the first.

Tatiana Romanova

Tatiana Romanova

Tatiana Romanova was the Corporal of State Security in the Soviet Union. She was recruited by Rosa Klebb to lure James Bond into Istanbul so that they could steal the Spektor decoding machine and escape together. The real plan was for henchman Red Grant to kill them before they got away, stealing the Spektor for themselves, with the blame being on Bond.

In the James Bond movie Diamonds Are Forever (1971), Tiffany Case (played by Jill St. John) is the main Bond girl, a diamond smuggler unknowingly working for Blofeld. In Ian Fleming's Diamonds Are Forever, she is a smuggler and casino dealer working for the Spangled Mob.

Vargas

Vargas was a henchmen working for the criminal organization SPECTRE. He was the right hand man of SPECTRE's second in command, Emilio Largo. Vargas dealt with many of Largo's affairs, and tried to kill Bond on numerous occasions. He meets his end when Bond shoots him through the heart with a shark gun.

Vavra

Vavra

Vavra was the head of a tribe of Gypsies that lived in a camp in the outskirts of Istanbul, Turkey. He spied on the Bulgars, reporting information back to Kerim Bey. Bond and Kerim were invited to dinner at the camp, where two girls were to fight to death over the love of a man. The fight was interrupted, and Bond managed to save Vavra's life, gaining his upmost respect and gratitude.
