2. | This Service can be accessed on most models of mobile device. You may check the compatibility of your mobile device before using this Service. |
3. | 1O1O’s service information may be delivered as push notifications. The content of which may contain direct marketing materials (including but not limited to the latest mobile device, subscription plan and other promotional offers). You may activate or deactivate the push notifications by changing the relevant setting in your mobile device at any time. |
4. | The sending of Network Experience Feedback requires access of your locational information, which may include the cellular network database and Global Positioning System. You may activate or deactivate location services by changing the relevant settings on your mobile device at any time. |
5. | Data charges apply when using this Service. Roaming charges apply when using this Service overseas. For details of our charges, please visit www.1010.com.hk. |
6. | You are solely responsible for the security of any data stored on your mobile device. We will not be liable for any damage, loss or leakage of data resulting from the use of this Service. |
