On Monday morning, Auburn women’s basketball had its second athlete enter the NCAA transfer portal in a week.

Abigayle Jackson — who started 12 games in 2017-2018, and freshman Maliya Perry both entered the portal according to a source. Jackson went late last week, and Perry joined her Monday. As of 9 a.m., neither was listed on the Auburn roster anymore.

Perry was a three-star recruit out of Pickerington, Ohio. She played in three of the Tigers’ four games for a total of 22 minutes. She scored five points and made two rebounds. She has not tweeted her decision but sent out a tweet about an “adventure” she was going on at 5 a.m.

Jackson has played in two games for a total 17 minutes. She’s scored 3.5 points and made three rebounds. Last season, she averaged 2.7 points and 1.9 rebounds a game. She also has not made a public announcement on social media yet.
