Playhouse Disney offers an opportunity each month for your child's birthday call to be featured during their Playhouse Disney Birthday Celebration.
This month it's OCt. 15.
Your child will say their name and age when they call in.
Here are the instructions for calling 1-866-4-MY-DC-TV OR 1-866-469-3288
For the Parent or Guardian:
Thank you for calling Playhouse Disney’s Big Birthday Celebration! Your child’s
voice recording may be played on television, over the internet or by other means.
In order for your child to leave a message for Mickey Mouse, we’ll need verbal
consent to use their voice recording. So the first thing we’ll ask you to do is to
confirm that you’re the parent or guardian. You’ll have 30 seconds to provide:
• Your name
• Your address
• Your phone number
• The name of the child
When finished, remember to press pound (#). Your information is for consent
only. It will not be used for marketing or promotional use. After you’ve finished
this step, we recommend you help your child through the call by remaining on the
phone with them.
Mickey Mouse Greeting:
Mickey Mouse will introduce himself and then ask if your child
has a birthday celebration coming next month. There will be
a five-second pause for the child to answer, but this will
not be recorded.
Mickey will then wish the child a happy birthday
and ask them to say hello and ask for their name
and how old they will be next month. There will then be a
ten-second timeframe for the child to answer which will be recorded.
Mickey will then say goodbye and thank him/her for sharing.
You may then simply hang up to save and submit the recording.
