Tony Bugno
Tony Bugno has been working for the Swedish company Alleima for 8 years. Alleima is a developer and producer of advanced stainless steels, special alloys, titanium, and other high-performance materials in a variety of products.
Tony holds the position of Technical Product Manager for Heat Exchanger and Fertilizer accounts in the North America region. Prior to that, he worked in the Tube Production unit as a quality and process engineer focused on continuous improvement in which he holds a black belt in Six Sigma.
His current role is a hybrid between Sales and Technical Marketing. This allows for customer interface and the ability to support in a commercial and technical role to address the customer’s needs.
Johan Salwén
Johan Salwén working for the Swedish company Alleima. Alleima is a developer and producer of advanced stainless steels, special alloys, titanium, and other high-performance materials in a variety of products.
He is a technical marketing specialist for the EMEA region. Before that he worked 7 years as a development engineer at the R&D department with tube production and welding.
The technical marketing position is focused on maintaining, developing, and extending the technical and application knowledge on a regional level. The position is a link between R&D, Marketing and Sales. Johan is responsible for monitoring new technologies; market trends and industry needs to prepare the company’s future materials and application developments.
Salwén has a master’s degree in materials science and an international welding engineer (IWE) diploma.
