How to Order Your Custom Gasket:
- Step 1: Identify the Gasket Profile
Choose the gasket profile that matches your existing gasket or the one you need. Use our Profile Guide below or download our Gasket Profile Guide for reference. - Step 2: Measure Your Existing Gasket & Input Dimensions
Measure from outside edge to outside edge to the nearest 1⁄8 inch and enter your dimensions in the dropdowns. Be sure to account for both the short side and long side:- Short Side = Total Short Side Dimension
- Long Side = Total Long Side Dimension
- Step 3: Select the Number of Sides
Most gaskets are 4-sided, forming a complete seal around the door. However, some applications use a 3-sided gasket, where the bottom is missing and typically replaced with a door sweep.
If selecting a 3-sided gasket, specify the orientation:- 2 Long, 1 Short (Common for Walk-Ins)
- 1 Long, 2 Short (Common for Drawers)
- Step 4: Name Your Gasket (Optional)
